… It’s Ryan Sheehan who you will be talking about after you see this show. Sheehan is at least five or more characters in the production. And for each he has to not only don a different demeanor but a costume as well, sometimes with only seconds to spare. Never did he seem out of breath or disheveled. An amazing performance!

No review would be complete without mentioning quick-change artist Ryan Sheehan, who played about nine different characters, often in quick succession, and managed to give them each his own persona with never a hair out of place

Ryan Sheehan plays a humorous Wilbur J. Mole Rat Jr., hero of the story. Sheehan’s strong belt and effortless physicality complement the well-timed sound effects throughout the show.

Sheehan, as Sean, is fun to watch: his reactions to all the show-biz lunacy exploding around him are priceless.

Headshot by Nile Scott Studios.

On January 26, 1955 a legend was born…

His name was Eddie Van Halen.  He went on to become one of the most prolific and influential musicians in the history of rock & roll.

Exactly 41 years later, Ryan Sheehan was born. He’s doing his best.

I’m an NYC-based actor, writer, director and musician originally from Cape Cod, MA. I graduated from Quinnipiac University with two Bachelor’s degrees (for the price of one!) in Theater and Film.

I spent two years post-grad working and building relationships within Cape Cod’s thriving professional theatre community. I received critical acclaim for my performances and was named one of Cape Cod Times’ favorite actors of 2019.

I moved to NYC at the end of 2019 (in hindsight, my timing was truly impeccable) where I’m continuing to find opportunities to collaborate creatively. I’m excited to look for opportunities to use storytelling as a unique means of escapism and activism; to start conversations about why we’re here and how we treat each other; a reminder that it’s okay to laugh at yourself every now and then.

If you’d like to learn more about me, follow my career and life updates, look at pictures of my face, or hire me to be in your blockbuster movie, you’re in the right place!
